Roommates and besties Jade and Eemani take a modern workplace dilemma into their own hands, and magically, into the past. This is the hilarious second offering in the “Deep Breath Trilogy” by Douglas Lyons, the playwright who gave us last year’s smash hit, Chicken and Biscuits. DTMH will leave audiences with much to think about in the subtle and not-so-subtle ways race, power, and identity collide in the present, and the past. This Northern California premiere will be directed by our local gem, Danielle Moné Truitt, currently seen as Sergeant Ayanna Bell on Law and Order: Organized Crime.
