SPACE RENTAL
$110/hour for a minimum of four hours
Additional hours charged at $110/hour
DEPOSIT
$150.00 paid in advance
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Lighting Technician: $25.00/hour
Non-refundable $100 cleaning and sanitizing post-event fee (due at the same time as the advance deposit)
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Renter shall provide documentation of purchase of liability insurance for event.
Renter will return all spaces used to the condition found on the established date and end time of rental agreement. Failure to comply will result in an additional prorated cost at $110.00 per hour.
Renter will provide box office staff to handle all box office financial transactions.
Theater space must be used for performances only.
The dressing rooms and Green Room may be used as dressing and staging areas.
Space is limited to 100 patrons.
